Charm Deposits and Cancellations: When you place an order for an 18KT charm, I require a deposit to secure your appointment for the tooth gem service. This deposit is held in the form of the charm you've selected. If you decide to cancel your service/appointment, please note the following:
- If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, you will forfeit the 18KT gold charm deposit as part of the cancellation and require to pay an additional fee of $25.00.
- If a cancellation is made within 2 days before your order has been shipped and at least 48 hours before your scheduled tooth gem appointment, you will receive a full refund. Inked Honey will not cover the costs associated with return shipping for canceled orders or returns.
- If your cancellation does not meet the criteria outlined above, no refunds will be provided.
